During my seven year tenure with Unisys I worked onsite at one of their largest clients, Eli Lilly. I held four positions of increasing responsibility including ERAS, CSC, RASCOE, and NOC positions. I carried a pager for 24/7 support needs. Responsibilities included monitoring and configuring Cisco routers and switches for WAN and LAN access for over 35000 employees in several countries. I was accountable for the configuration of Cisco 3000 VPN concentrators allowing internal network access for external collaborations. Additionally, I coordinated service installation of broadband to allow remote access for Lilly's home-based virtual employees and provided level 3 support for VPN access connectivity issues regardless of the connection medium. I also provided tier one support for all software and hardware issues affecting Lilly employees.

Tier Two Helpdesk Technician Provided desktop and network support for several contracted companies with Telamon. Telamon is an ESOP company with 400 employees across the country. We provided support for Ameritech, Bell South, SBC, Motorola, and several smaller ISP's including Liberty Bay. I supplied live phone support with superior customer service skills. Also, supported equipment that sold by Telamon for Motorola and SBC. I easily adapted and enjoyed working on new projects and technologies as they came under contract with Telamon. In 2000 I completed A+ certification training that was provided by Telamon. I was the only technician able to support Apple computers.
