Brought onto team to help design screens for new reservation system. Used Visual Café, a Java Integrated Development Environment, to design screens based on requests from theprocess team. Moved on to Quality Assurance team to evaluate designs made by a joint PwC/AA/Sabre team. Interacted with the client to provide feedback on QA performed; presented analysis to client and development team. Used Requisite Pro software to maintain process documentation.

Hoteling System (Internal PwC project): Supported the internally developed hoteling system for PricewaterhouseCoopers from the system's inception. Gained a working knowledge of Lucent PBX Software and Hardware, Compaq Hardware, 3rd party stand-alone touch screens and networking concepts (Client/Server (NT), TCP/IP). Responsibilities of team included answering all support calls and alerting any immediate concerns to Implementation or Development teams, as well as daily system administration using pcAnywhere and Compaq Insight Manager. The desk implemented the use of NAI MAGIC TSD for support desk issues and knowledge management.
