Web: Directed a complete website redesign in partnership with AmericanEagle.com that features new UX, IA, content, and advanced custom post types. Used Google Analytics before and after launch to prioritize and redesign pages, incorporate video, and improve mobile menu UI.Print: Directed creative and developed content for several new brochures, including five Annual Reports (our high-gloss 28+ page publication for donors and parents).Advertising: Developed designs, copy, and strategy for all radio, social, and email advertising (admissions, summer camps, and parent events).Brand: Clarified a brand story and maintained consistent messaging and school image in all parent & outward-facing school communications. CRM: Partnered with an ActiveCampaign specialist to develop a database structure and processes to enable accurate reporting and targeted email sends.Our Results:~200% increase in camp enrollment & revenues (2018-2021). ~30% increase in total enrollment (2016-2021). ~130% increase in Annual Fund donations (2016-2021).
