Normally handling between 1 to 3 inspections per day. Typical inspections include, but are not limited to: - Interior/exterior conditions, fireplaces, plumbing, roof conditions, major appliances, general structural components, general electrical components, heating/cooling systems and insulation/ventilation. - Building materials, styles and components of the home are identified as part of an inspection report.During the inspection process clients are welcome/encouraged to follow along, and ask questions about the property, maintenance required, and issues that may be listed in the report. An example of this consultation is to review the basics of how a furnace work with a client, show them how to change the air filter and when to have the unit serviced.Writing comprehensive reports for each inspection that must be delivered within two business days. These reports grade all inspected items and list what is deficient or a health/safety hazard, along what a course of action for correcting these items.
