Current• Utilize a ticketing system to organize, assign support tickets to the appropriate personnel, facilitate their resolution, and document findings for future reference• Provide first-line support for internal and remote users located in different countries world wide.• Troubleshoot and maintain laser printers • Maintain Ubiquiti swiches and access points to ensure continuous internet connectivity and prevent any potential downtime in the office.• Maintain and operate a PBX system, which includes managing phone extensions, voicemail, and other related functions • Set up and maintain conference room equipment for BlueJeans and Microsoft Teams conferencing software• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products and troubleshoot issues for users.• Responsible for administering both SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security using Microsoft 365 Admin Center.• Administer Microsoft Azure Identity and manage cloud resources in a hybrid environment. • Assist in migrating websites, applications, and other resources to Azure cloud.• Manage and Maintain ERP systems, including Navision 2018 and now Business Central. • Maintain Jet Hub and oversee its data sources to ensure that all authorized users are granted the necessary permissions to view and run reports.
