The job focuses on two different aspects of Sales data management, operation and analysis. The Operations aspect consists of maintaining and extracting data to ensure the smooth functioning of the Sales aspect of the company. Tasks included, maintaining and tracking Sales figures against Sale Rep Targets and company targets, creation and maintenance of customer acccounts. The Analytical side is focused on producing clear and insightful reports to help guide the activities of the Sales Department going into the future. This included Sell Thru Reports, Key Product Penetration Report, Data and historically based predictions for the 5 year business plan, and Seasonal Sales reconciliation. I also personally led the development of an App used by the Sales Reps to track their appointments and request new dealer accounts.

As a Customer Service Associate I was a key point of contact for the UK market. My tasks included taking and editing customer orders, processing and providing first level review of warranty claims, answering stock queries, and Supporting Sales Reps in their interactions with customers. During this time I also developed a tool to streamline the review of outstanding Prebook order stock levels and assess what would be deliverable in the coming month.

This role comprised of three key areas; Quality, wherein we monitored the standards of all communication with the customers, both telephonic and digital, to ensure standards are maintained and processes followed correctly, Learning, which consisted of the training of new agents and the preparation of training material and my own speciality Communications, which consisted of both detailing and communicating changes to processes or policies within the wider company, and maintaining an internal web based process manual for use as a reference point for all the processes carried out within the department. Beyond this I was also the lead in creating reports and analysis to be distributed to the wider company based on the data gathered during the Quality monitoring and investigating the results to recommend actions based off the findings.
