I’m currently a dedicated student at Penn State Behrend pursuing a dual major in Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies and Project and Supply Chain Management. I have had an interest in math ever since elementary school, and wanted to pursue a math heavy degree. I originally went to college to become a mechanical engineer, but I decided shortly into my college journey to change my major. I realized I would gain more out of a major that combines business and engineering together. My academic journey continues to equip me with a blend of business management expertise and technical knowledge, helping me better understand different aspects across technical companies. On campus I also act as a Business Ambassador for the Black School of Business: I help with events such as open houses, youth outreach, and more. Beyond the classroom, I have been able to improve many skills through working in different positions. I currently have an internship at Eriez Magnetics; in this position, I have been able to improve my problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. I’m also committed to giving back to the community and I volunteer when I have the opportunity. I strive to become a positive and contributing member of society.
