I've spent the last two years as a Zendesk agent in a high-volume environment, handling hundreds of customer service requests a day. On Jobcase, a platform with over 100 million active members, our team always had our hands full helping our users find a job, network with other job-seekers, manage their email subscription preferences, and more; each of these actions created an associated Zendesk ticket for my team and I to process.
