Operations & Analytics

Functional leader within the Go to Market organization, reporting into the SVP of Sales. Manage and develop a team of 7 Sales Operations coordinators/analysts. Consensus building role, requiring high level of collaboration across all business units. Continuously pursue process improvement opportunities, ensure adherence to organizational policies and drive cross functional planning initiatives. Analytics: Develop reporting which supports the achievement of financial, operational and strategic objectives. This includes but is not limited to sales performance, sales incentive programs, financial forecasting, category specific KPI measurement and development of internal/external presentations.Planning: Facilitate timely execution of annual cross functional initiatives by defining goals, deliverables and/or timelines. This includes sales budgets, market development budgets, operational KPIs and compensation reconciliations. Partner with and influence Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Omnichannel to ensure execution of daily processes.

- Engineered and managed a forward-looking POS database; enabling rapid additions and enhancements to satisfy changing business requirements.- Discovered and resolved data integrity issues. Identified process improvement opportunities and developed/executed action plan; yielding greater efficiency and an increase in reporting cadence (quarterly to weekly).- Successfully managed a cross-functional POS data migration initiative.- Leveraged existing reports to create a dynamic and intuitive high-level dashboard; providing stakeholders with a holistic view of the business and visibility to areas of key wins, concerns and opportunities.- Secured greater investment into the channel (expanded program offering) with a comprehensive ROI analysis.- Supporting both Sell-In and Sell-Through teams.- Reporting directly to Vice President of Distribution.

Review and execute various Back of House (BOH), Omnichannel, and Supply Chain process improvement opportunities. Holistic review of Routine Action Plans (RAPs) to optimize labor productivity while ensuring a checks and balance system. Identify and realize opportunities for cost reduction by driving category specific Returned Goods Damaged (RGD) policies and procedures. Liaison to MP&A, DC Operations, Fleet Operations, & Logistics. Participate in perpetual tactical flow meetings to discuss past performance, current initiatives, and ensure timely execution of future projects.

Budget, maintain, and report on various Key Performance Indicators to provide insight on the state of the business. Data integration from multiple data sources to formulate actionable insights. Project management based on seasonal initiatives and from changing economic climate.
