I worked on a variety of website improvement tasks for camunda.com. I used Siteimprove and Monsido to highlight and fix various accessibility and quality assurance issues throughout Camunda's websites. I made updates to improve usability and SEO on the website in addition to rolling out content/redesign updates. I also documented these changes and suggested other improvements.

Boise, Idaho Area

I was part of a team responsible for various web-related projects and ongoing system maintenance, technical support and training at Boise State University. I offered assistance via phone, e-mail, and in person with faculty and staff across campus. I was tasked with providing immediate assistance for any web related issues by performing research and testing, determining the root cause, and providing the best possible solutions. I also assisted site admins to improve the effectiveness of their websites by offering design and organization advice. We also perform research to solve issues and find ways to improve our overall web environment.I have extensive knowledge of the WordPress content management system and I'm also very familiar with coding languages such as PHP, HTML and CSS. I am experienced with configuration and maintenance on Boise State's website such as making updates, doing research for security and functionality, and executing website migrations. Since starting this position I have assumed increased responsibility such as providing support for Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Analytics, and externally hosted websites. This job taught me to always look for creative solutions because I am consistently presented with unique problems. Another valuable skill this job taught me is to how to coordinate my writing style, organization, and diction with different customers.

Boise, Idaho Area

I worked two seasons at the Sandy Point and Discovery units near Lucky Peak Reservoir. I performed grounds maintenance including edging, mowing, weeding, fixing and operating various types of sprinklers, trimming and cutting trees, emptying receptacles, cleaning shelters, and beach clean-up. I also performed basic building maintenance, bathroom cleaning, power-washing, vehicle maintenance, vehicle operation(Mule , ATV, dump truck, standard transmission trucks, Zero-Turn mowers), power tool operation, customer service, and crowd control. Customer service was an important responsibility as we dealt with large crowds every day. I collected parking fees with an electronic register and ensured the public followed safety and legal guidelines.In addition, I worked on various park improvement projects like bench construction, pond treatment, and painting.
