Greater New York City Area

• Hands-on manager responsible for all technology with 14 reports; Engineering Manager with a team of 3, Helpdesk Manager with a team of 4, Telecom Manager with a team of 2, and 2 Audio/Video technicians
• Responsibilities include supporting $15+B Private Equity Firm with 500 users, 8 Office/Residences, 200 virtual servers, 2 G650 jets, 2 helicopters, 1 300+ foot superyacht, and advisory services for 12 portfolio companies
• Established IT department standards, policies, and procedures that align with business needs while mitigating risk
• Stabilized, remediated and redesigned an end of life network infrastructure which was failing multiple times a week
• Rearchitected and implemented the entire compute, network and security infrastructure for our District of Columbia office, Teterboro, NJ office, and 5 private residences of the chairman
• Managed project teams and implementation efforts for all Microsoft Office 365 / Azure tenant and services

Greater New York City Area

• Hands-on manager responsible for all infrastructure and 11 reports; Engineering Manager with a team of 3, Desktop Engineering Manager with a team of 4, one network and security engineer and a database.
• Responsibilities include supporting $62B asset manager with 335 users, 550 servers globally including 80 physical servers (Mostly VMWare ESX) (NY, NJ, UK, HK, TK)
• Plan, budget and manage all infrastructure projects
• Architected and implemented the entire compute, network and security infrastructure onsite in our London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo offices
• Produce quarterly key performance indicators (KPI) for all departments outlining support metrics
• Develop and manage a $3.5M annual budget that allows for technology growth and business empowerment

• Hands on Team Lead responsible for three desktop engineers, one server engineer, and a DBA
• Responsibilities include 2nd and 3rd level support for 200 servers (Windows, Unix, OS X) globally including 45 physical servers, 30 ESX hosts and 155 Virtual Machines (NY, NJ, UK, HK)
• Annually create a multimillion-dollar budget that allows for technology growth while recognizing cost efficiencies that impact the bottom line
• Work with vendors/service providers for budgetary quotes and sales contracts
• Planned and executed Headquarters migration from 450 Park Ave. to 280 Park Ave. of 120 users including owners, partners, traders and all support staff with no downtime
• Spearheaded planning, execution & implementation of multimillion-dollar production data center migration to Colo facility with no downtimeo Selected, designed and prepared Colo facility cage and rackso Evaluated.

• Hands on Team Lead for 2 Senior Engineers and 1 Junior Engineer, which provided 2nd and 3rd level support
• Responsible for 350 plus servers globally (NY, NJ, UK, GR, IT, AU, HK, TYO)
• Administered and maintained all services including Exchange 2007 / 2003, Active Directory, SAN, NAS, DNS, WINS, File and Print, VMware, Blackberry, Web Services, and Disaster Recovery
• Developed project plans for Exchange 2007 project team for migration from Exchange 2003
• Built three 2 node Exchange 2007 Clusters distributed across two sites with opposing single node DR clusters all iSCSI attached with SAN LUN mirroring for DR
• Developed a project plan and implemented a 5 node VMware ESX Cluster iSCSI attached to SAN
