I managed an exciting & growing portfolio:-- QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus is the gold standard for IGRA testing for latent TB infection, which can be performed manually, semi-automated, or fully automated (through our partnership with DiaSorin).-- QIAstat-Dx is the newest stat molecular analyzer in the US for syndromic testing with our Respiratory Panel, testing 21 targets (including SARS-CoV-2) in ~1 hour from 1 swab.-- NeuMoDx is an exciting high-throughput RtPCR solution with many tests, including SARS-CoV-2, and can perform LDT's.My territory covered the entirety of Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

We finished at 106.2% to plan, and three members my team joined me at President's Club for their individual successes.

I was one of the few people in our division that was given approval to enter this program.

I was promoted to spearhead this brand-new position by revitalizing and rebranding our pricing approval processes in order to expedite pricing proposals from the hospital sales force and national accounts team.All of the developed processes, procedures, and forms that were created for this successful revamping of the pricing approval processes are still in place today, which I consider a great achievement.Daily, I collaborated with account executives, regional sales directors, and national accounts directors to deliver solid pricing proposals and solutions for hospital accounts, IDN's, and GPO's.Another key part of my role was coordinating and delivering strategic pricing, sales, and marketing analyses to support measured growth for the Sales, Marketing, and Finance divisions.
