Oversee, coach, and develop teams of energetic marketers to execute all kinds of different events at regional and local trade shows, fairs, and festivals, etc. Develop and implement marketing plans, project manage various marketing initiatives, actively manage relationships with key partners and drive strategic category initiatives to achieve established revenue goals. Assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities related to lead qualification, conversion rates, yield rates, and sales results. Plan and create regular reports and dashboards to support performance objectives. • Lead full-cycle recruiting of marketers by posting on digital job boards, interviewing, and hiring staff.• Extensively train each individual that I hired myself by leading by example as well as making sure that they were following company policies and exceeding company standards. I also lead weekly video conference calls with my employees to reinforce training efforts.• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules in advance to assure that I had more than enough staff for upcoming events• Contacted and negotiated with all of the event promoters in Eastern PA, Central and Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. I then would have to book those events by going through contracts for over 200+ events every year.• Generate leads by pitching THOUSANDS of people every week at pre-booked events by introducing and selling our product to prospects while using our company pitch.• Managed a $300,000+ budget that I had full control of to make sure that I would hit my weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. Ran daily/ weekly reports to ensure that targets would be hit as well as monitoring marketers production.• In charge of all marketing inventory for the Philadelphia Office including ordering, tracking, and product placement.

Provided leadership and hard work ethic every day by going to every business in assigned territory and selling our product to as many business owners as I could. Accelerated sales growth by mentioning other businesses nearby who bought and generating new customers through marketing collateral development, presenting new solutions, and networking in the industry. Went from business to business every day trying to get to the “decision makers” and sell them on our product. Once promoted to leadership, brought new hires out into the field with me and taught them the sales process.  Had the biggest sale in company history and had broke many records in the short time that I was there for closing sales.

Started out as just a cashier behind the counter my senior year of high school and within a year I was promoted to manager because of hard work, building a great relationship with the store owner, as well as gaining his trust.
