Aspen, Colorado

-Assisted in construction inspections and in coordination with contractor schedules during several projects. -Assessed curb, street, sidewalk and corresponding drainage issues that need to be addressed as a project forthe City. This included assessment of street signage and proper pedestrian movements on City streets.-Conducted traffic studies for the city for vehicle, bike and pedestrian traffic. Responsible for the assessment of the existing intersection and corresponding analysis. This analysis will be used in the future for the final design.-Assisted on public outreach for Castle Creek Bridge improvements and Aspen Pedestrian Master Plan.-Review civil construction drawings for City of Aspen projects. Assessed conformance to standards, design and coordinated comments with the project engineering team.

Fort Collins, Colorado Area

-Performed field measurements and collected data characterizing pavement condition, road surface conditions, drainage and water quality conditions, and other associated features along Larimer County roads and existing subdivisions. -Classified and navigated to each roadway section using GIS. -Used data entry and MicroPaver to assign each roadway a Pavement Condition Index value.

Fort Collins, Colorado Area

-Client communication, touring of apartments, and execution of leasing documents.-Developing marketing techniques directed towards college students in the Fort Collins area.-Responsible for the sale of individual bedroom spaces within student community.
