I have worked in the events and marketing industry for over 15 years. Up until July 2017, I was the Learning and Communications Manager (formerly Team Leader - Knowledge Transfer and Marketing) at the Australian Road Research Board.Where were responsible for coordinating events for the industry including:• Webinars• Workshops• Forums• Symposiums• Conferences.We also coordinated the marketing and promotions for ARRB including:• Website management• Subscription management• Customer service• Other promotional items.I am passionate about customer service and running larger events to meet the needs of the industry.My passion for coordinating events and customer service came initially from working at a sports centre, coordinating competitions and eventually managing a stadium.
