Worked closely with Julie Bolt from Aging Optimist, a life care consulting company out of Charlotte, NC. I was able to engage and build relationships with senior citizens in Charlotte and surrounding areas while also learning from Julie first hand what it took to run her company.

I worked as a Hostess for a high-end restaurant; Larkin's on the River. We took reservations, helped customers, took over the phone orders, and sat customers!

Through a class offered at my high school I learned the in-and-outs of a classroom setting and then was allowed to work in a 2nd grade classroom at a local elementary school alongside a teacher for 4-5 months!

I worked as a sales associate for a local embroidery company in Greenville, SC. I helped deal with customers, taking phone calls, recording orders, gift wrapping, and maintenance of the store.
