I managed the Relationship Advisors as part of the customer services that we offer to our 6,000+ tenants and leaseholders. To this end, I assisted my colleagues to reach both organisational and personal goals/targets based on regular analysis of individual, team and department statistics, as well as through one-to-ones; I coached and supported my team with general enquiries, rent queries/payments, tenancy queries, repairs and anti-social behaviour, taking and resolving complaint escalations as and when it was required. I also trained new starters as well as organised and led refresher sessions for my team, both on an individual and group basis, with proven positive results.

I was the first point of contact, via phone, email, social media and face-to-face interactions, for over 6,000 tenants and leaseholders regarding everything social housing-related. This included but was not limited to: providing general information, diagnosing and scheduling repairs, discussing rent balances, taking payments and reporting anti-social behaviour. I was the social media, GIS and asbestos champion for my team.

I assisted with all aspects of campaigning, working specifically on background research, data analysis and the creation of pen portraits of communities most likely to support Barnardo's work against child sexual exploitation. This led to targeted campaigns within communities I had identified.

I furthered Barnardo's research into how child sexual exploitation is tackled and helped to promote the development and delivery of Barnardo's policy work on this abuse. This involved the analysis of questionnaires filled out by young people with experience of running away/going missing and their views on the risks involved as well as on what helps when missing, views which I analysed to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.The following is feedback from Camille Warrington at the University of Bedfordshire, who was leading on the commission: "...my massive thanks and appreciation to Brice for the work he's done on this – it’s really phenomenal and incredibly insightful.
