Hired to lead facilities services and growth initiatives for Canada, the U.S., United Kingdom and India, I managed day-to-day facility services including floor plan development, furniture/lighting/appliance sourcing and logistics. As the head of Health & Safety, I developed the manual and provided leadership for fire safety and emergency response to increase awareness and promote a safe environment. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:► Management of several international office closeouts and dispositions process (arranging and negotiating lease terminations, furniture selloffs, seamless technology and employee relocation).► Conceptualized and implemented a work share program designed to enhance employee work/life balance resulting in increased process efficiency.► Spearheaded several green initiatives and received recognition as a key member in the development of a LEEDS Platinum office space.► Utilized construction expertise to provide hands-on maintenance (HVAC, building re-writing, alarm system installation and technology troubleshooting) and overlook construction contract negotiations and project management.
