● Promoted to newly created position, Department Assistant, while effectively maintaining and performing duties as Customer Service Representative● Assisted Operations Manager with department operations, all team members● Responsible for creating schedules utilizing EPIC for mid-level Practitioners and Doctors’ to see patients at their personal residences● Ran multiple reports, collected data, created Excel spreadsheets/graphs for effective evaluations, found solutions based on data, etc.● Ensured Interdisciplinary Team meetings ran smooth and all material was ready for each team member, kept track of meeting minutes● Ordered supplies and forms for the entire In-Patient and Out-Patient teams - RNs, Medical Director, Mid-Levels, MAs, CSR, SWs, etc.● Innovated procedures to express bereavement condolences for patient families suffering loss of loved ones● Screened and Inputted referrals into EPIC as the first step of the referral process● Coordinated outgoing referrals to Specialists/Home Health/DME● Effectively managed large volumes of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, etc.● Responsible to onboard new employees (CSRs, MAs, NPs, RNs); provided extensive training, created orientation calendars, ordered all devices/tools needed● Delegated tasks and projects to appropriate staff
