The La Trobe Transformation Program was commenced to help the University emerge from COVID-19 as a more resilient, future focused and efficient institution. This major transformation program (~2000 FTE) involved building org charts, establishing change teams and triaging thousands of pieces of consultation feedback. Working within the Organisational Development and Design team I provided Project Resource support on various Change Programs. This included developing various change documentation, identifying insufficiencies and where possible automating processes and identifying key trends and themes in the available data.
