The La Trobe Transformation Program was commenced to help the University emerge from COVID-19 as a more resilient, future focused and efficient institution. This major transformation program (~2000 FTE) involved building org charts, establishing change teams and triaging thousands of pieces of consultation feedback. In this role I was a Program / Project Coordinator for a broad range of HR Transformation initatives.

Working within the Organisational Development and Design team I provided Project Resource support on various Change Programs. This included developing various change documentation, identifying insufficiencies and where possible automating processes and identifying key trends and themes in the available data.

In this position I acted as a 'floating resource', providing Project Support across five key teams in HR including Organisational Development and Design, Workplace Relations, HR Business Partners, Health & Safety and Wellbeing, and Injury Management. In this position I oversaw several projects and developed numerous PowerBi dashboards to provide key data insights and automate reporting.

The HR Assist team is a professional advisory service that provides day-to-day support for La Trobe’s staff and supervisors with operational HR queries. In this role I worked in a fast-paced environment triaging HR issues, providing interpretation, advice and solutions on generalist HR matters. My efforts were recognised by receiving three different Customer Service Champion Award for Operational Excellence.

HR Central provides human resource support for small and medium sized business, through the use of their HR Software and HR Consulting services.This role involved reviewing and developing the HR setup of the client’s business and onboarding new clients and their staff onto the employee management software. I provided accurate and timely HR Advice and support to over 100 clients, on topics such as award pay rates, the NES, Fair Work award interpretation, EBA interpretation, leave entitlements, recruitment, induction and exit, and superannuation.
