I provided analytical results of the metrics dataset and created a benchmark on multi-year water benefit accounting. With my team, I integrated the two into a recommendation for how the company may want to further quantify multi-year impacts in their water strategy implementation.Additionally, as the Communications Lead for my team, I was responsible for all correspondence and meeting scheduling with our client and stakeholders.

I manage and collaborate with the Primary Recruitment Director and New Member Director to recruit and retain members. Working primarily with the Primary Recruitment Director and the President, we prepare and manage 150+ active members for a recruitment process with over 900 registered attendees. I act as the primary liaison between the Berkeley Panhellenic Organization and my sorority during recruitment. I work closely with the VP of Member Development to ensure an equitable and non-bias recruitment process.

Primarily working with the Customer Success team, I assisted in initiatives to improve customer experience (ie. newsletters and product release playbook). I created profiles for companies on the Ecomedes website as well as helped with marketing. I analyzed data in Looker Studio and managed projects through Asana and Airtable, and wrote lifecycle marketing campaigns on Pardot.

As a part of the consulting team, I assisted in developing a curriculum around sustainable and equitable affordable housing and various frameworks for assessing and improving internal and external projects regarding sustainability and social justice. As the Member Coordination Chair I kept meeting attendance and organized the club retreat for over 150 members.In addition, I held the position of Member Coordination Chair on the Internal Committee. As the “local first point of contact,” my main role was to serve as a liaison between Kappa Kappa Gamma and UHS staff to minimize student health problems and maximize student wellness, stability, and success. I attended a weekly class that covered relevant health topics and met with different representatives from on-campus and local resources. I organized several live events on topics such as self-defense and sexual health as well as posting health tips weekly. I collaborated with the President and Risk chair regularly to ensure healthy practices for the community.

HADSA's work consists of 4 main areas: food literacy, gardening, energy and waste conservation, and communications! I worked with Cal Housing and Dining to implement sustainability initiatives on campus (ie. maintaining community gardens and creating social media graphics).

Presented a deliverable that demonstrates the process of converting small vacant land space for interactive environmental education activities for youth in Omaha, Nebraska. Included research on bio-remediation, native and low-maintenance crops, and prior studies on environmental benefits for youth.
