I work on different funding bids to bring in project money to benefit Dorset, I work with other organisations to build links in working practices and provide guidance and help to the team managers. Currently the lead for the Dorset Local Nature Recovery Strategy, working with so many organisations and people to ensure nature recovery in Dorset has shard priorities and a shared responsibility.
