Managing portfolio of 4 Translational Research Hubs across BIDMC and into the Beth Israel Lahey Health System to encourage BIDMC faculty, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students to develop interdisciplinary, translational research projects. Head data analyst for the SheSolves project to understand practical obstacles to closing the gender gap in the worldwide medtech ecosystem.
