• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and/or MSP to improve results and add value by providing quality service including understanding the client’s needs, ensure delivery and growth of the account.• Identify potential project or SOW opportunities to introduce and refer to sales team.• Responsible for and reporting on team performance and ensuring the team adheres to compliance standards• Maintain relationships with Managed Service Providers, ensuring the team provides quality talent in a timely fashion • Exceed client expectations and performance by taking market share, improving fill-ratios and securing vendor status by partnering with leadership to create effective WIN Strategies; execute and follow through to ensure Experis success

-Manage the delivery for three of Experis' Enterprise Accounts-Manage the team leads for these Enterprise account including training, coaching, and performance management.-Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure cohesion between the sales and delivery teams -Refine process and structure around delivery to manage clientexpectations and properly deliver to these clients.-Work with the recruitment teams and team leads to ensure monthly placement targets are hit-Report directly to the Managing Director to solution around delivery issues and escalate any critical recruiting performance issues-Cultivate a team driven winning culture with an emphasis on performance management-Manage and coordinate all administrative functions for these teams; this includes but is not limited to: timesheets, equipment, and system setups.

-Provide administrative support to the unit; this support includes client and carrier correspondence,presentation binding, overnight mailings, invoice tracking etc.-Assist Account managers in producing client communication pieces e.g. New Hire Guides, OpenEnrollment Presentations etc.-Coordinate with various carriers to compile monthly aggregate reporting for clients.-Assist Account Managers and Executives with all marketing efforts, including developing Requests for Proposals, gathering carrier proposals, creating marketing presentations and delivering these results in a timely manner.- Review carrier contracts and Summary of Benefits and Coverages (SBC) for clients to ensure allinformation aligns appropriately.-Attend webinars to understand different aspects of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its effects for clients.
