I lead a group of seven BGC Club Executive Directors, their employees, and facilities.• Collaborate with BGCKC leadership team to identify and execute on metrics for effective operations. Develop systems for reporting outcomes and utilizing data to improve outcomes. Hold Directors accountable for program quality outcomes, including Youth Program Quality (YPQ) goals and plans.• Develop collaborative partnerships with community organizations, school districts and other potential partners serving youth and support and evaluate club expansion potential with community partners.• With Directors, develop annual Club membership and service goals, measure outcomes, and develop improvement plans.• Oversee the annual budget planning process for all sites in Region. Ensure these plans create financially viable programs and Club operations, including program enrollment, fee collection and expense management for all sites. Hold directors accountable for meeting budgeted expense and revenue targets.• Work with Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Resource Development Teams on fundraising efforts which impact Club sites in region. Support Directors in playing an active role in donor centered stewardship and fundraising activities.

As the Area Director and Athletics and Sports Partnerships Lead, I both supervise the team of Club Executive Directors at Wallingford, Ballard, Bainbridge Island, Kirkland, Redmond/Sammamish and Mercer Island as well as offer support to the Athletic Directors organization-wide. Additionally, I work to strengthen the organization's existing sports partnerships and forge new ones out in the community. • In collaboration with the other Regional Directors, HR team and VP of Program Services and Operations, enhance staff connectivity, collaboration and consistencies across all BGCKC sites. • Work closely with Club Executive Directors to ensure quality, consistency and leveraging economies of scale for programs across BGCKC. • Provide reports, analysis, plans, and recommendations concerning club operations to senior management.

Responsible for managing and leading the Club, ensuring the highest quality programs and service delivery for its members, employees, and the community. • Played a lead role to develop a long-range and annual work plan.• Prepared and managed the Club operating annual budget, including pre-determined fundraising goals.• Oversaw the day-to-day management of the Club, its programs, effective operations, employees and facilities to assure member safety and delivery high quality programs and services for the community• Assisted with council and community engagement.• Provided leadership oversight to all Club programs and partnerships.• Played a leadership role in Club specific fundraising, and supportive role in regional or donor-centered fundraising.• Identified metrics for effective operations and developed systems for reporting outcomes, using data to make changes that improved outcomes.• Maintained good public relations including speaking and presenting in public forums, building and sustaining partnerships with parents and families, stakeholders, community agencies, local schools and partners.

Responsible for overseeing all Departments in its delivery of a broad range of youth development programs. Develop, oversee, and lead all Department staff and volunteers to ensure quality programming. Plan, develop, and oversee implementation and supervision of programs and department responsibilities. Ensure departmental participation in all applicable BGCKC-wide events. Work in partnership with the Branch Executive Director to ensure club budget, programming goals and benchmarks are met.
