Bridget Murphy is a fundraising veteran with over three decades of experience helping nonprofits identify and eliminate barriers to growth and chart the path to sustainable fundraising success. Bridget has led multiple healthcare organizations to record-setting levels of giving. As Chief Philanthropy Officer at VNA Health Group, Bridget led the organization’s 20/20 Vision Capital Campaign, raising more than $12 million, the largest campaign in the organization’s history until launching a $25 million comprehensive campaign and securing an unprecedented $5 million lead gift. She was instrumental in securing several seven-figure commitments in support of the organization during her tenure growing annual giving support from under $1 million to $6 million. Throughout her consulting career, she has worked in various nonprofit sectors including health care, education, social impact, cultural arts, and religious organizations. Bridget was a long-serving member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Board of Directors and is a frequent speaker at AHP International. She has also presented at industry events hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Estate Planning Council of Central Jersey, among others.
