- Selected as one of only 11 students in the FCRH Psychology Department to conduct an independent research project for my honors thesis - Actively engage in biweekly lab meetings discussing new research surrounding any aspect of cognition and health across the adult lifespan- Collected data for a study on cognitive functioning, mental fatigue, and the impact of COVID-19 diagnosis in a community sample, exploring moderating variables such as perceived stress and sleep quality

- Implemented research-based early childhood curriculum, promoting children’s oral language and social-emotional skills through ongoing individualized relationships with children- Led 4 Team Members to craft creative session plans and continuously reflect on the best ways to foster literacy development for our students- Coordinated team administration by facilitating well-organized team meetings, managing notes/records, and communicating regularly with the school’s education director, the classroom teachers, and our Jumpstart supervisor

- Reported and assisted the Director of Mental Health Services, aiming to ease the heavy workload of serving the high number of clients with only 2 therapists on-site - Co-coordinated and co-facilitated a 7-week art therapy workshop to promote self-esteem for 8 women- Developed and presented a 45-page PowerPoint deck detailing the organization's programs to the CEO, which he now uses to secure funding from potential donors and onboard new employees - Canvassed for the first citywide participatory budgeting initiative by the NYC Civic Engagement Commission- Responsible for recording client intake forms and managing client check-ins for the weekly food pantry- Performed outreach in 3 NYCHA apartment complexes to advocate for tenant service repairs
