• Elected Co-Chair in 2019.• The L.A. County Commission on HIV focuses on the local HIV/AIDS epidemic and responds to the changing needs of people living with HIV/AIDS.• The 42-member commission operates as an integrated planning body for HIV/STD prevention and care services in L.A. County through five standing committees, three caucuses, two task forces and prevention planning. This commission reports to the Board of Supervisors and is mandated by the Ryan White CARE Act.

• Elected Co-Chair 2017-2018.• Established by the L.A. County Board of Supervisors, the Integration Advisory Board was tasked with assessing the impact of L.A. County Health Agency's (LACHA) mandated integration of ongoing operations across its departments of Health Services, Mental Health, and Public Health.• Under Bridget's leadership, the Integration Advisory Board worked to build consensus and educate its 34 board members on the vision, mission, and guiding principles required to achieve integration of LACHA's diverse operations. - Created a “learning environment,” including featuring speakers and subject matter experts to better understand the context of health delivery issues and barriers to access for consumers. - Asses accountability metrics of LACHA’s progress in achieving the county’s priorities of providing quality integrated health services to a population of over ten million residents across 88 cities.

Founded in 2010 and focused on creating awareness, knowledge and advocating for reproductive health care for women, this organization is dedicated to providing tactical prevention and practical support for women living with and at risk for acquiring HIV/AIDS, Ms. Gordon currently serves as its Executive Director.Bridget's primary focus has been doing one-on-one counseling with individuals struggling with the ramifications of an HIV diagnosis, with particular attention to women, people of color, and other marginalized and unsupported communities.

Led engagement for an Electronic trading client with 4.5K employees world wide. This client required company-wide platform compliance to match changes to financial and regulatory requirements including a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliant business continuity program with a validated business disruption recovery program. Planned/implemented/tested programs, platform and software to assure success; this included company-wide business disruption drills to meet an aggressive 10-month deadline. All requirements were met on time.Partnered with financial services client to identify mission critical operations and resources needed for disaster recovery, to be compliant with firm’s enterprise continuity plan. Defined process to create an interruption response and crisis recovery plan.

Established and operationalized newly-formed group and lead project delivery, audit/compliance, client management and cross-selling activities. Created roadmaps/strategies to support 4 large, complex on-site systems and regulatory conversion projects. Oversaw relationships with clients, including online brokerages, financial services firms, hospitals, and local governments. Hired/developed/led project teams ranging from 3 of 10 consultants. Identified and removed roadblocks to assure on-time deliverables were achieved within budget.

Managed HRMS software application pre-release process for platform, upgrade and installation testing. Collaborated with developers and database build owners to address/resolve all issues impacting release schedule. Managed team of four. Successfully released HRMS Federal 7.5, HRMS 7.51 and HRMS 7.02 application upgrades.

Accountable for compliance, upgrades and Y2K activities with six heavily integrated finance applications collaborating with multiple teams across eight sites internationally.

Developed and managed the Worldwide Field Response Program to provide data and decision support to track and resolve installation issues and provided strategic improvement to Operations and Field Services.

Certified suppliers to prototype and manufacture parts using non-metallic, inorganic materials including quartz and ozone. Managed new products into manufacturing and early installation at customer sites. Member of the Supplier Certification team for emerging technology.

Managed International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 and 9001 Certification efforts for the High Density Storage Division including departmental preparation and audit training. Engineering duties included developing process for manufacturing high density storage devices and power supplies.
