I have been organizing things since I was a little girl, starting with the Tupperware cabinet as a preschooler. I like to bring order out of chaos. I now have my own little girls and watch a lot of My Little Pony. Each My Little Pony has her own cutie mark on her flank indicating her special talent. (Pinkie Pie is energetic and loves to throw parties; she has balloons on her flank. Apple Jack is a talented farmer and orchard-keeper with an apple on her flank.) My special talent is program and project management. (I have yet to figure out what, if anything, to tattoo on my flank.)If there’s a vision and a goal, I like to figure out what needs to happen to achieve that vision and realize that goal. I'm a collaborative leader who loves to pull a team together to make things better for the people around me. There are a lot of ways to change the world in little ways. At GE (www.getransportation.com) I did process improvement, program and project management and productivity, and also encouraged work/life flexibility and community outreach. I also found a special niche - translating and acting as a liaison between IT and business teams. GE's flexibility allowed me to do other valuable and rewarding things, too. I organize volunteers to serve alongside agencies who are making a difference in the eastern part of Erie county (www.ServErie.com). My newest adventure is Workforce Analytics as part of the HR team at Erie Insurance - a Great Place to Work!
