I have a knack for using data to tell human stories. As a doctoral researcher, I am using the stars in the night sky to uncover how humans have created universal sense of meaning from world around us across time, cultures, and languages.As a CX specialist I understand how these stories are the power behind customer centred strategy, user centred design, and customer experience. Ultimately, these are tools that I flex and adapt to get the desired outcomes for clients. I have collected and crafted these stories across brand, comms, service design, UX, traditional CX and academia.Prior to this, my career has taken me from embedding research into creative agencies, human centred design into government and customer experience into traditional marketing. I understand how to shift the ways of thinking to change create win-win outcomes for both business and end user.
