I currently work at Richardson Professional Solutions as a Client Support Specialist with a focus in Bookkeeping and Marketing. I graduated from Augusta University with a BA in Communication.I had the opportunity to work as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Augusta Sportswear, and it made me fall in love with marketing. While in that position, I learned how to conduct market research on social media, apparel trends, and e-mail content in Google Analytics. I was also given the opportunity to assist in creating content that was sent to 10,000+ customers through e-mails, company letters, catalogs, and social media. Other experience I have gained in past positions includes customer service, event planning, editing, and writing.These experiences led me to pursue my bachelor's in communication, where I learned how to create and edit content, become a stronger writer, and strengthen my communication skills professionally. Upon leaving college, I worked at ADP as an Implementation Specialist and a Tax Specialist in their Small Business Services division and became an expert in payroll, taxes, and client experience. I use all of these past experiences in my current role as a Client Support Specialist at RPS where I am able to use all of my past experiences to better help our clients with their Back Office Needs, whether that is bookkeeping, payroll, or marketing. I currently have my Fundamental Payroll Certification and I am a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor. I am always finding new avenues to make myself more knowledgeable in my position.Outside of work, I love to sing karaoke and read books. I also enjoy spending weekends exploring with my family.I look forward to connecting with you.
