Currently, I have over 7 years of experience in Office Managing and Human Resources. This has allowed me to develop critical skills in account payables, account receivables, payroll, benefits and compensation, and budgeting. The last several years I have been focusing on Development as well. This has pushed me outside of my normal comfort levels but has been exciting as I build relationships, rapport, and an ever-growing network. I am a proud Graduate of the Columbia County Chamber's Young Women on the Way program and I am currently a part of the Leadership Class of 2023. I am looking forward to graduating from that program this spring. As an individual, I am passionate about people. I love to see them grow, learn, develop, and invest in themselves. My love is for all things coaching, training, and personal/professional development. Being able to see an individual set and then met their goals, brings me immense joy!
