Work one on one with new and existing customers, managing member contracts and any class or material purchase a customer might want to make at the studio. Helped studio safely remain open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, collaborating on creative solutions like implementing outdoor classes and temporarily moving operations to a warehouse. Organize schedule of over 30 classes a week, ensuring for the correct number of clean machines are available for classes.

As the Group Fitness Team Supervisor and Spin Instructor, I lead a team of twelve fitness instructors, overseeing the scheduling of 20 weekly classes and fostering a supportive team environment. My role involved building strong, face-to-face relationships with members to enhance class retention and ensure a positive client experience. As a supervisor I took on the responsibility of hiring and training new instructors to make sure the team has enough qualified instructors to grow the program. In addition, I taught three high-energy spin classes each week, incorporating diverse themes to keep clients engaged and enthusiastic about their workouts.

Worked on the Business Development Team as a full time intern for the summer of 2023, aiding in research, data analysis, and discovering new opportunities of Business for SmartLabs. Continued on with the SmartLabs Business Development Team, part time, in fall 2023 as I began my senior year at Loyola University Maryland

Lead kindergarten classrooms in activities and lessons for the day while teachers were out. Care for and keep classes of 20 or more children safe, happy, and learning. Work one on one with children to keep them focused on work and help them understand the material they are learning in class.
