I was responsible for daily interaction with the membership to ensure their information and data was current. Day to day interaction with the public, event coordination, member support, management of AIA documents, computer data, directory updating, referrals and office management.

This position entailed marketing and distributing books and CD ROM's to schools and families. I managed and successfully motivated a team of six distributors. My strong emphasis on customer service made this an enjoyable position.
