At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, began offering 1-on-1 after school K12 math tutoring to support student learning alongside former teachers from across the country.

Using Adult Learning Theory, set vision for DEI and Learning Environment spaces and actions to facilitate professional development sessions about systems of oppression, socialization, bias, power, and leadership development through a lens of anti-racism for incoming leaders that led to 100% retention and consistently exemplar reviews annually. Plan and execute BIPOC programming during yearly convening and events.

Develop and execute leadership development programming for regional network of 200+ participants by establishing a vision and strategic plan to ensure that equity, inquiry, and belonging are cornerstone to developmental opportunities. Managed and allocated fiscal resources that resulted in increased exposure and advancement to all STEM program participants. Engaged with key stakeholder to create and executes a culturally relevant scope and sequence of professional development experiences that resulted in 100% of participant completion, growth in self-assessment rubrics, and advancement annually.
