Responsible for successfully delivering client and company projects on-time and on budget according to the defined scope, timeline, and cost. The activities include driving cross-functional teams to establish an integrated schedule and drive resolution of cross-functional issues. Collaborate with Operations, IT, Assessment Development, Hand Scoring, Research and Development, Publishing, Marketing, Sales and external partners resulting in flawless project execution.

Managed the administration and execution of contractual obligations between Riverside Publishing and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams in budget and schedule creation, weekly program meetings, and advance planning for peak business seasons. Communicated with clients to provide quality control methods, coordinate future tasks, and scope of work changes due to federal regulations updates. Created program charters, standard operation procedures, contract modifications, risk/issue logs, contract close-out, and invoicing documentation for yearly debriefings. Proven to have an outstanding project outcome and exceptional client relationship.

Provided the support necessary for fulfilling large-scale assessment contracts managed by the Contract Management group through coordinating many aspects of those contracts. Tasks included managing meeting logistics, maintaining program schedules, and providing responses to districts and schools about the testing program. Responsibilities included drafting memorandums and manuals for district assessment coordinators; responding to incoming email and telephone queries; tracking all calls and resolving all issues or concerns received from schools and districts; reviewing specifications for distribution, collection, and processing of materials; helping to document meeting minutes, issues, risks, and corrigenda changes. Supported and assisted Client Services Department with all aspects of project management and execution. Direct contact and daily communication with clients, meeting attendees, program speakers and sales representatives. Recruited key pharmaceutical speakers for upcoming promotional pharmaceutical programs; event coordinator for all pharmaceutical programs; coordinated and managed speaker training seminars; database set-up and management; coordinated travel arrangements, process honorariums for speakers and prepare onsite meeting materials; liaison working directly with Customer Service, Venue and Travel Departments to determine the root cause of customer/client issues and resolve immediately; update internal operational meeting reports daily.
