Each year, Space Apps engages thousands of individuals in cities around the world to work with NASA’s open source data in a 48-hour sprint. Teams of technologists, scientists, designers, entrepreneurs, artists, and others collaborate to answer some of the most pressing challenges on Earth and in space.As the Community Manager for NASA Space Apps Challenge I am the support system for all Space Apps Local Leads and the Space Apps Community. I provide Local Leads guidance, support, and resources for their local communities. I manage and support a 900+ global community through community events, global trainings, and mentorship programs.

Gender Equality in Tech (GET) Cities is an initiative designed to accelerate the representation and leadership of women in tech through the development of inclusive tech hubs across the United States. SecondMuse and Break Through Tech partnered with Pivotal Ventures, the investment and incubation company created by Melinda Gates, to launch Gender Equality in Tech (GET) Cities in 2020.

Digital Delta is a free, crowdsourced research tool that identifies fundamental contributors to adolescent wellbeing in digital spaces.The tool was born out of an urgent realization that the digital landscape shaping young people's lives was not designed with their wellbeing in mind. To identify the most promising areas for improvement, we surveyed more than 800 people working to improve youth wellbeing from Headstream’s community of entrepreneurs, innovators, youth, investors, researchers, policy makers, educators, and builders.From this research, we identified 13 of the root factors with the highest potential to impact young people between the ages of 13 and 24. These 13 catalytic factors grouped into three core areas:- Positive relationships- Accessible resources- Balanced contentPrioritizing these three areas when building digital experiences provides the strongest opportunity to support adolescent wellbeing.Digital Delta is the optimum tool for innovators, investors, and institutions interested in a research-based approach to making digital places healthier and more beautiful.

At SecondMuse, I support incredible programs through their entire lifecycle: research, design, launch, and acceleration. I have been supporting the Food System Vision Prize. It is an invitation for communities across the globe to develop a Vision of the regenerative and nourishing food system that they aspire to create by the year 2050.I also support Headstream, an innovation program that seeks to understand and address the pressing challenges faced by youth with regard to their mental wellbeing.I supported a global food vision accelerator funded by The Rockefeller Foundation - The Food System Vision Prize - and am driving my own crowdsourced research initiative on the wellbeing of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, and female identifying youth funded by a large health care organization and Pivotal Ventures. Through the Food System Vision Prize, I supported teams all over the world in building action plans to transform their regional food systems. I managed a network of 140 CEOs and Executive Directors, facilitated virtual events, coordinated participants, and ensured operations and participants had the resources they needed. I was integral to the success of the program.

I coordinate, build and maintain internal and external connections for ongoing research projects. I research and analyze project partners needs to determine project directions and goals. I have supported the Institute’s program development and communications initiatives through research and a data-driven approach. I have an interest in data visualization and the stories data tells around people, health and the environment. I collaborate with UC Davis Faculty to research, evaluate, and develop curricula, instructional materials, and materials for undergraduate seminar. I prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate students on topics such as intercultural communication and grant proposal writing.

As part of the Launch Food team I helped research, catalog and analyze current stakeholders, innovations and funding.

I help residents completely daily activities such as feeding, bathing and dressing. I take vital signs and collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors. I see to the overall health of each resident I work with while providing emotional support and care.

I designed and executed a pilot study for human experiments in decision commitment and co-authored a publication about the study. I conducted research and statistical analysis through MATLAB. I coordinated and led orientations for 5 undergraduate students.

As a founding member, I help to create a legacy for the Net Impact Undergraduate Chapter at UC Davis. Our teams worked on three sustainable projects within intercultural education, water management and composting.

I collected and synthesized medical journals, analyzed data and wrote relevant literature reviews. I conducted chart reviews and transcribed doctors phone calls. I wrote proposals and attended meetings for Institution Review Board. Alongside Dr. Scott Nichols, we wrote and published relevant papers in the field of Psychiatry.
