As part of the company Executive team, participated in the development of company business plans and strategic sales strategies. As Creative Director was responsible for all design projects including printed collateral, web design and event graphics. Produced bi-annual jewelry catalog. Catalog responsibilities included location scouting, talent procurement, management of outside contractors (i.e, photographer, clothing stylist, make-up artist and set stylists), budget management, product selection, art direction during photoshoot, final imagery selection, concept and layout design, file production, final file output and print production. Managed design team. Created and maintained timelines for all design projects, working cross departmentally to secure assets and insure that projects were completed on time. Collaborated with Director of Jewelry Design giving feedback on design concepts. Jewelry design. Developed and designed sets for product videos and catalogs. Worked with print vendors on project estimates and purchasing.
