We hosted two weddings every weekend, live entertainment every Friday night, and corporate groups on weekdays. The days of weddings usually involved assisting with set up, assisting the wedding party with last minute details, setting up the buffet line, checking and replenishing the food, taking pictures for marketing purposes, and tearing down.
