Office + People Manager
CurrentYouCopia’s Office and People Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our Chicago (Ravenswood) office and team of employees. They manage the hardware, product samples, supplies and third-party professional services that make our office work. This person supports employees with resource organization and communications, and improves company culture by facilitating team events, gifts, and feedback channels. This person serves as YouCopia’s Customer Care lead to ensure a positive, satisfactory consumer experience.
