• Develop and conduct enrichment programs for inner city youth-serving organizations in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton• Maintain preschool literacy program, including selecting books, creating weekly scripts, recruiting/training new volunteers, and conducting student and volunteer evaluations• Train and empower youth volunteers to become leaders in their community through our GoLEAD program• Utilize social media and press releases to advertise Volunteer Center events• Travel for conferences and trainings as needed• Assist with various office tasks as needed
