Oversee the North American operations for over 15,000 BYU-Pathway students at over 500 locations in all U.S. states and Canadian provinces.

Oversaw the development of sustainable, scalable models for supporting BYU-Pathway students that allowed BYU-Pathway Worldwide to scale to its potential. Identified and rolled out best practices for field operations, site management, and external relationships across the field organization, domestically and internationally. Oversaw the support and training of global field operations personnel. Assisted area directors and managers in area-specific strategic planning.

Oversaw the successful expansion and operation of BYU-Idaho Pathway education sites in the North America Northeast region. Build strong partnerships with local leaders and educators. Lead recruiting efforts, ensure program quality, and identify new Pathway sites.

Designed, developed, implemented, and managed online training and certification programs for a worldwide audience. Implemented rapid authoring techniques and delivered the programs on time and under budget. The programs serve internal employees and distribution channels that comprise thousands of people in more than 365 locations throughout Europe, North America, and the South Pacific.

Directed the training efforts for our enterprise document management software products. This included training and certification plans for users, technicians, and salespeople for our reseller channels. Instituted evaluation measurements for our certification programs. Started “Adenium University”, which offers a comprehensive list of certification courses that sales and technical personnel can attend and become certified to sell, install, or implement Adenium Software Solutions. Delivered two large “Adenium University” User and Sales Conferences each year with 200+ attendees and 7 learning tracks.Teaching and public speaking includes: presentations to large groups at industry conferences, product demonstrations at tradeshows, online technical and sales training, classroom product and sales training.

Worked in the IT University as a senior instructional designer collaborating with subject matter experts to develop IT and professional development courses. Worked with 3rd party training vendors to provide custom class offerings. Worked as the project manager with other instructional designers to follow our instructional design process to assess, design, develop, and deploy courses.

Designed, developed, and trained courses for our suite of document archiving and printing software applications. Courses designed and trained include end user, administrator, support, and train-the-trainer courses.

Responsibilities included the hiring, scheduling, and development of all instructors, scheduling and customization of classes, instructor compensation and bonuses, and managing and maintaining efficient service for the company’s support line. Consulted with companies to assess their training needs and customize training programs for them.

Delivered end user training courses in a classroom environment, specializing in Microsoft Office and Lotus SmartSuite applications. Performed one-on-one consulting and training sessions in Fortune 500 companies.
