- Advise prospective students regarding application procedures and specific programs- Assist program advisors with scanning documents, answering calls and emails - Process student materials and create files for each student- Demonstrate knowledge of Cash Remittance in order to input student monetary fees- Manage the social media accounts, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
