- preparing payments in online banking;- completion of incasso requests, credit card issuance and cancellation or other bank claims;- recording bank statements;- recording purchases of goods not stored from internal and external suppliers, as well as related transport invoices;- approving the payment of the registered invoices;- preparing and issuing the self-invoices for goods in transit at the end of each month and recording the related transportation invoices.
