As an Account Manager for Digital Content Solutions with OCLC, I manage customer needs for Cloud Library, Cloud Library NewsStand, and Comics Plus within the ANZ region. My responsibilities include understanding and addressing client requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth in digital content solutions.As Librarian at Christ Church Grammar School I was entirely responsible for the provision of library services within the school to staff, students and parents. I was responsible for the management of resources, budgets, events and programming. Part of my role involves the selection and creation of resources that are geared towards supporting our curriculum offers, working in tandem with teachers to build a literary reading culture and strong research skills.As Digital Services Librarian at Camberwell Grammar School, I was responsible for managing and developing the digital resources and services of a full service academic library, as well as providing education and training to students and staff on information literacy, research skills, and digital citizenship. I also collaborated with teachers and curriculum leaders to design and deliver engaging library programs and events that supported the school's academic and co-curricular goals.I have over six years of experience as a Senior Library Technician at Haileybury, where I also acted in the role of Head of Library Services (Berwick) for a parental leave fill. In this role, I demonstrated my skills in customer service, library management, reference, collections management, cataloguing, and library programming. I worked with children, young adults, and community groups, and planned and organized various events and activities that fostered a love of reading and learning. I am passionate about building relationships with people and providing them with support and skills.
