Plans, implements, monitors, and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the criminal problem-solving courts in Colorado’s 1st Judicial District. - Recovery Court (Adult Drug Treatment Court)- Veterans Treatment Court- Behavioral Health Court-Oversees and manages the operations of three treatment court programs, involving strategic planning and sustainability - Facilitates communication and conflict resolution between various stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, treatment providers, community agencies, law enforcement, and probation officers- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure the effective, successful functioning of the treatment courts- Collaborates with community organizations to provide support services and resources for treatment court participants- Maintains accurate and confidential records of participant information and program data, including performance and evaluation - Coordinates and provides training and support to staff and volunteers involved in the drug treatment court programs- Researches current trends, best practices, and legal requirements to drive change and maintain success of our courts•Manages multiple budgets and grants, including serving as a Project Director for two SAMHSA treatment court grants-Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive team culture that drives success and team oriented goals- Committed to upholding the principles of fairness, equity, and justice and responsible for ensuring these values are practiced and adhered to by team members

Assists self-represented litigants in navigating their civil case through the court system. Educates and assists litigants on court pleadings, rules, policies, and procedures. Facilitates legal clinics and provides local community resources. Identifies problem areas related to pro se parties and court processes and implements solutions to address those problems. Served as a CJA for domestic in the Clerk's Office, as well as a division clerk for a District Court Judge. Our docket included District Court criminal and civil cases, as well as a problem-solving court. Collected and documented monies for filing fees and other administrative costs. Entered and accepted pleadings into the e-filing system. Issued writs of garnishments and subpoenas, set-up maintenance, and child support orders. Entered restraining orders, accepted and filed new cases, prepared mittimus and minute orders, inputted Court codes, sentences, and probation triggers. Managed a District Court docket, scheduled hearings, and kept notes for the Recovery Court team.

Served as owner/franchisee. Assisted in the build-out and relocation of the store within two years of ownership. Recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised all employees, up to 25 employees at a time. Created an incentive program for employees to motivate them to increase their sales. Responsible for all human resource related duties, including W2s, I9s, discipline records, performance reviews, unemployment claims, etc. Composed a policies and procedures manual for management, inside staff, and drivers. Managed all service contracts. Completed and filed all local and sales tax returns. Received several Corporate awards, including Rookie Franchisee of the Year, Franchisee of the Year, Corporate Customer Service Award, Company Image Award, and #1 Sales Increase Award.

Recruited, interviewed, hired, and supervised all personnel. Instrumental in the strategic planning for the future of the area including marketing, sales increase, personnel growth. Planned and coordinated sales and marketing promotions and materials. Implemented driver safety and food safety program and developed local operations manual. Maintained files for all account receivables and assisted in the collection of monies. Received the Corporate award for Manager of the Year and Top Sales Award.

Managed a caseload of pre-adjudicated youth. Conducted pre-sentence interviews with youth and their families, to create a pre-sentence investigation report used for sentencing. Collaborated with community service organizations, volunteers, Department of Health and Welfare, Probation, Prosecutor's Office, local schools, Detention Center, and counseling agencies to provide services for the best interest of the youthful offender. Assisted in implementing Project Safe Place in the community, to support youth in crises. Coordinated and taught "Shoplifting Awareness" course, Victim's Panels, and tours of the Detention Center. Determined and collected restitution.
