Project Manager, Remote Services
Current-Process mapping and standardization for a better and unified videographer experience -Support the coordination of operations across internal teams, having clear communication and alignment to increase efficiency and results.-Identify areas for process improvement and create playbooks to communicate best practices and increase team efficiency and productivity-Collaborate effectively with the Product Team to enhance and streamline workflows and internal and client-facing products.-Coordinate efforts to implement upcoming changes and new products.-Build and communicate with partners on operational metrics, action plans, and business strategies.-Coordinate with other members of the Remote Services Team to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.-Develop analytical frameworks to support the company with new processes and products-Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to track and communicate performance metrics as they relate to the Remote Services business-Identify areas for process improvement and create Standard Operating Procedures to communicate best practices and increase team efficiency and productivity
