I joined REID & TAYLOR at the very beginning of the new project of WORSTED suiting to be started.I was an active member of team of senior managers right from selection of machines to bringing the plant in full operations. optimisation the use of resources,target setting,operations control , achieving the productionTargets,.TQM and VALUE LOSS CONTROL are some of the areas of my responsibility.

The time I have joined OCM was a heavily loss making unit and management were under the process of its revival under the MASS MODRENISATION AND EXPANTION PLANN being a senior technical member of the management my responsibility was to select state of the art of the machines available in the EUROPEAN market and start the plant.
