-Handling banking recruitment with major client HDFC Ltd Home loan.-Managing end to end recruitment Pan India, salary negotiation, Documentation,feedbacks, Client coordination, focus on turn-up ratio.-Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone, email, and textmassage and LinkedIn profiles.-Lining up shortlisted candidates for the interview.-Analyzing the requirement of the organization and fill them with good efforts.-Maintaining a database of recruitments given by clients.-Sourcing candidates from job portals/Reference /social networking sites.-Cold Calling & conducting telephone and personal interviews with the hr &department heads.-Bulk Hiring.
