In /NPD department I have learnt and do;  Seeing the new projects in the development Department & Responsible for prepare APQP-PPAP& Samples as per customer requirement and co-ordination with CFT.  Maintaining FIFO on line. Preparing Inspection report as well as entered the confirmation and rejection status in SAP. Reducing Rejection through Defect Analysis & Fixture Modifications Audit the work of Visual Inspection and give the right decision. Ensure the Quality of material at Dock Audit stage that treats as final inspection. Responsible for maintaining lean system on shop floor Responsible new trail for product development.  Study drawings received from customers, check for feasibility study and suggest alterations if necessary. Release drawings to sub-suppliers for development and periodic follow-up for samples / PPAP's submission from suppliers To maintain & Prepare SAP (Parts & Costing BOM) as per Customers requirement.  Proper records & tractability maintained for documents of layout reports, line complaint report & monthly inspection report.  To verified the product Quality as per customer Specification and fulfil their needs. Maintain Kaizen and Poka Yoke activities on shop floor.  Responsible for overall production activities in the department i.e. production target achieving, man power handling etc
