Strategy & Growth : -- Forecasted demand projections with above 95% accuracy to accurately build supply for the past two quarters (Pan India) .- Initiated Barcode Scanning in MG Prime, Luxe, WHS to ensure the standardization of services and increasing customer retention by 17% (Last 90 Days), planned Inventory simultaneously to ensure the product supply for the partners Pan India .- Devised a plan for increasing number of deliveries for all three categories by 7% approx. by calculating the penetration on plus code level, further aligned city teams to expand the hubs to capture the demand .Onboarding & Upskilling Batches :-- Held 5 upskilling batches in total for Royale Pedicure (87% Approval) and 8 upskilling Prime Pedicure (100% Approval done). The successful completion these batches resulted in increasing Royale share for Delhi by 30% which resulted in increasing the AOV by 10% and partner’s earning by 15%.- Onboarded 6 Women Hair Service and 12 MG Prime batch with 95% Approval rate. This helped at large stabilize Request loss at under 8% for both the categories, securing extra 4% demand for both the category.Activity & Operations :-- Reduced Request Lost drastically from 24% to 15% through multi-tagging, solving repeat request lost, demand multiplier and partner not working request lost which strengthen revenue by 5.4%.- Util accelerated by 30% potentially increasing partner earnings from Rs.20000 to Rs.28000 in MG Prime and Util accelerated by 25% potentially increasing partner earnings from Rs.42400 to Rs.52000 in MG Luxe.- Designed and implemented project on increasing delivered Net Promotor Score from 58% to 71% by identifying low rated partners and ensuring increase in quality of services, Pro NPS boosted from 8% to 28% resulting in effective pro management.- Partners Escalations & ensure no supply breakage in city ops .-Managing Full funnel from Partners Onboarding to making them live.
